Is this a new thing or is it just me who has never seen it before? It's very useful, this Dwayna's Blessing and the Morale Boost helps too, but when did it get implemented?

If your area has favor, then you can /kneel at one of the gods' statues scattered across tyria, and pay a small fee for the enchantment

It's been this way for a while.

Oh, that's why... Didn't know we had to have favour so that's why nothing has happened before.

Bummer, thought I found something new and interesting.
