Signet of Judgement - Right in Front of Camp Rankor when you exit for the Talus Chute
Shield of Judgement - All the way back in Mineral Springs.

Shield of Judgment is in Mineral Springs from Myd Springclaw.

Signet of Judgment can be found in a number of places (see website).

Other than Myd who should always be somewhere in Mineral Springs, the other mob/skill you are looking for may not always be there though, you just have to re-zone until they spawn.

Weazoll i correct . SOJ is capped in Mineral Springs which is NE of Granite Citadel. GL Capping it
