No, there is no way to reach 18 protection prayers, given all the bonuses in the current game.

Will my health be truncated from 0.4 to 0, or will just the health display go from 0.4 to 0? Do you die when your health reaches zero or when your health display reaches zero?

Is there a good list of collectors somewheres other than the one here i find its inaccurate. Preferable a place where i can search by reward.

General GW theory goes as I've experienced:

If someone does 1.6 damage to you, the damage itself is truncated to -1. Therefore, only 1 is subtracted from your current hp. Your health is never truncated.
