Hey does anyone kno where a collector is for a one handed weapon that gives curse recharge 20%?

i realllllllllly neeeeeeeeeed this bad and i cant find it anywhere not even in search!

Liras the Sage in The Black Curtain
- 7-11 damage Truncheon with 20% chance of skill recharge using Curses skill. Req 6 Curses.
- requires 4 skale bog fins

Uderit Ignis in Vulture drifts
- 11-22 damage truncheon with 20% chance of skill recharge using Curse skills. Req 9 Curses.
- requires 5 Jade Mandibles

Nord Stonegrimm in Lornar's Pass
- 11-22 damage truncheon with 20% chance of skill recharge using Curse Skill. Req 9 Curses.
- requires 5 Frozen Shells

yeah ended up gettin the one in vulture drifts will help with spiteful spirit spam.
