Well I got a low damage one from Iron Mines so I don't know anymore. I don't think there are white mantle above level 20. Zealots are level 20 and thats it.

I've gotten near-max blue serpent axes from outside Elona's reach, though I ran out of space and salvaged them before realizing they were worth something...

I got near max flesh bows from jade bows at the ROF missions.

EDIT: err perhaps those were jade horns

i thought jade bows only drop mursaat horns?Also asking about where are dwarvern axes dropped...from dwarves(shiverpeak?)?

I had a serpent drop from a chest in fow - the chests that appear after you complete a quest. It was the one for the wailing lord quest.
