Does anyone just sell off all there grips and stuff?
I am a very casual elementalist. Well evidently I misunderstood something. I thought it you just unlocked skills and weapons then you could use the skills and stuff later. So I have been basically selling to vendors every weapon hilt, string, etc. My only banks space is really full with crafting items, dyes and staffs. How exactly is this going to matter when I get to PVP later on?
Also I have been selling bones, wood planks and materials that haven't really affected my crafting. I keep rares, glittering dust, granite slabs, iron ingots and bolts of cloth. Is this going to hurt me at the end too? Thanks in advance for any help. |

I sell everything I don't think I will need.
If you want to PvP _with that character_ then you need to keep the stuff you want to use, in order to outfit him. You don't have to wait to do PvP either, there's arenas in Ascalon, Yaks Bend, and Lions Arch where you can just jump in. You can't use unlocks to equip a PvE character. If you want to PvP _in general_, then you are better off creating a special PvP character. You get that choice when you select to create a new character. You can then select among a basic set of skills & equipment, plus anything you've ever unlocked. As you win, you can use "faction points" earned to unlock further equipment and skills.
