Hey guy,whats the max degen/regen a foe/ally can go???

Learn to use the "Search" button. The max for either is 10.

-10 hp "arrows"/second effective degen/regen.
No cap on stacked degen/regen, so if you're at -11, you'll only be affected by -10, but if you get +1 regen for some reason, you'll still be at -10.
