We know Hench suffer DP. Do they also get XP from the quest rewards that you do? In other words, can you erase Hench DP by completing a highXP quest?

If not, you definitely should...

Gonna take a stab at it and say no. If you're in a group with human players and you complete a quest that they do not have their DP won't erase. As such, the henchmen can never have any quests and therefore won't gain quest EXP.

Logically, I would say no.
