Apply Poison? - Guild Wars Forums

I know Apply Poison works for 3 - 13 secs...but what is the damage it deals per second during that time.

For some reason, I think it is -3 degen, but I am not positive on that.

-4 degen; equivalent to 8 damage a second, so 24-104 damage.
