Question about +19% enchantment - Guild Wars Forums

example,i use a enchantment that last 10 seconds,and i have a +19% axe mod,how many seconds will it increse? will it just round off to 2....or +1 seconds only?

it would be in milliseconds wouldn't be 1, wouldn't be 2, would be the millisecond of time.

But, darn near 2 to answer your question. Else a 15% increase in enchantment time would be as good as 20% if it "rounded up", so, I have to believe they are in milliseconds.

you would think that'd be the case, but also from a development standpoint, maybe also that some enchants duration is based on skill level. so its not always 10 second duration, or 15 or 20. sometimes its 11. and in some equations even if it rounded, that 15% or 19% or 20 will make a small difference. but from my short experience in this game, its all about those precious seconds.
