What Slaying would help me?
What Slaying would help me kill those Squidthings in UW? And, what Wrapping would help me against those scarabs in the Desert? Any, none at all?

There is no slaying mod for scarabs that I'm aware of...I don't think they qualify as "plants".

they qualify as we degen and are a pain in the a...... a staff wrapping wont help you, nor will pretty much any grip for weapons as they dont have a counter hex wrapping/grip. if you have any monk skills, they do have wonderful hex removal skills, or the lieutennants helm from henge of denravi that cuts hex time by like 50%

Oh, yes, terribly sorry. I do mean what Wrapping/Pommel/etc,etc would be.
And Jet, that was kind of my thinking also. Plants are the only closest one for them, BUT then they're also beatley..:/ |

well then short answer - youre fuc..... u get the point
find a good monk with hex removal or a good healer, one of the two is about the only option you have there. |

The squid things I presume you mean the dying nightmares? They are undead, aren't they? Does holy weapon cause double damage on them? Wouldn't deathbane mod help?
While there's no "slaying" mods that could help with the scarabs, them being meaty living creatures, any fire mod is useful. Also, while you cannot obtain a mod, you should be able to find something that reduces hexes such as the helm, and some purple or gold weapons/offhands. |

That was my line of thinking on the Nightmares and the like Monica. And I again was just wondering if there was a sort of slaying mod on the scarabs or something.

unfortunately my replies did have an answer to your question, just not the one that helped you. Youre an ele. there is no wrapping/staff head that will help you kill the squid things in UW nor deal with the scarabs or dying nitemares in UW, So your option is to have a monk that can heal you and remove hexes. And your first post i had to compile from replies given to even come up with an answer, thats why my first reply was "HUH?"
sorry didnt mean to push any buttons |

Well, yes. Both 'Real' and 'Fantasy' there are Nine Hells and countless layers of the Abyss (actually, I think 999)
Edit: And mind you, Devils line in Hell and Demon's live in the Abyss's and they are always at war with each other. Chaos and Law do not mix, let me tell you. Last edited by Neriandal Freit; Dec 13, 2005 at 11:17 PM // 23:17.. |
