Are griffons weak against any elemental attacks? If so, will it make an impact on my melee damage towards them if I put an item in my weapon?

if you put an elemental mod on your weapon, it turns your physical melee damage into pure elemental damage, I believe.
so, if they take more dam from fire, then a fiery hilt, or whatever, would make a big impact.

have no idea if they do, though.
