Where is the 15 atts quest in the desert? - Guild Wars Forums

I've heard many people say that there is a 15 attribute points quest in the desert. Is this true? If so... where do you find it? I've also heard that you need to complete all of the quests in the desert to acquire this quest. Can anyone give me any information?

The extra 30 attribute points are only awarded to people who search the forum.

Though, to be honest, if you explored the desert, and just did every quest you found, you wouldn't have to ask.
