now that the site i use for collector locations is down ill have to ask you people

i remember running into a collector in the desert that sells 20% recharge death collector wand, i have been looking for like an hour and i cant find it, do any of you know the location?

nvm, after 2 failed searches with the search button i decided to get really specific and found a good thead on page 2
