LA Dock Glitch - Guild Wars Forums

I don't know if this is new or not but for the past couple days in Lions Arch I have caught people behind the docks near the ferry captain. I wondered for a while about how people got in there. Eventually I was taught how to get in myself. I just want to know if this is a wintersday only glitch or a permenent glitch.

It used to be that you could just walk down there without a glitch. Anet then made it so you couldn't walk into the water, but then some people discovered the glitch. Dunno how long it's been around or if Anet plans to do anything.

It's been around since before the Halloween event, I know that much. It works when LA is in it's "normal" state as well. Something tells me though that if ANet is going to start fixing bugs, this one'll be low on the list.

On another note, when I was in LA yesterday, I saw two grentches stuck behind the dock sign. Presumably, someone went down there with a gift and then switched districts. lol

Just keep clicking the water... back up and click, repeat. That usually does it after a few tries. As long as you keep walking into it you will eventually get down there.
