I Have a question To find An item Like BROHNS Holy Rod or GARGASH recurve bow do i Have to kill The Boss BROHN for the Rod Or is it just a random Drop by monsters?

2) What sense would it make for a random Grawl to drop Gargash's Recurve bow? What do you think Gargash would have to say about that?

3) If the above was lost, the short answer is: Only the boss by that name has the weapon.

yes, you do have to kill that boss. But its still random. You can kill Wroth Yakslapper many times over, and he'll either drop no green, or drop one of his three green items
