Light Blue Dye Mixture - Guild Wars Forums

A tried a couple of combinations but i cant find the right one. All i get is a regular looking blue or a teal. I want a really light blue-ish white to go on body scar patterns. I ended up waisting like 1.5k on trying to find a good mixture but i was unsuccessful. Can anyone tell me a good mixture to make the color i want?
