Priests of Balthazar - Guild Wars Forums

I did a search for this here at the forums and came up with bupkiss. Everyone seems to be saying that the Priests of Balthazar are in the PvE game. It would also seem that they are in all the major cities. My question is this, how come I can't seem to find them?

I hold down the Alt key ( or is it the Ctrl key..?) and look and look and look and I have yet to see a Priest of Balthazar. I am not stupid, but I am a little daft at times. So, what am I missing? Someone please illuminate my darkness....

They are not in major cities. Rather, there's one in every PvP arena: Ascalon Arena, Shiverpeak Arena, Competition Arenas, Team Arenas, and the Tomb of the Primeval Kings. The Priests at the low-level arenas only offer a limited number of skills, but those at CA, TA, and Tombs have every skill in the game. The first of these three that you encounter in the PvE storyline would be the one at CA, which can be reached from the docks in Lion's Arch.

Before they moved the Priests to the PvP areas, the Priests were in the main cities, which may be why people said that.
