Hi! i have a ranger runner, but i am not sure about wich skills i will use..
can somone tell me some good skills and how to use them

Well, there are a couple ways you can go. Many people use Dodge, Escape, and Storm Chaser - just stack all the running skils on you can. Myself, I have found that I can run continually using only Dodge & Storm Chaser. I also bring Oath Shot for the occasions where I mess up and need a skill recharged immediately. That leaves 5 slots open, which I usually fill with:
Distracting Shot - too handy IMO to go without
Whirling Defense - nice back-up plan in case sh*t hits the fan
Barbed Trap - good for enemies that don't know when to say when
Apply Poison - what can I say, I love poison hehe
Troll Unguent - gotta heal sometimes

Attributes:
Wilderness Survival 16 (12+mask+superior rune)
Expertise 13 (12+rune)
The rest where ever you want

Skills:
Escape {e} (Expertise)<--15 seconds you move 25% faster and have 75% to evade attacks
Dodge<--10 seconds you move 33% faster and have 69% chance to evade attacks
Storm Chaser<--21 seconds you move 25% faster, gain 5 energy from elemental attacks
Whirling Defense<--20 seconds you have 75% chance to evade attacks, attacker suffers 11 dmg everytime you evade projectile attacks
Troll Unguent<--10 seconds of +10health regen
*Antidote Signet<--Cleanse yourself of Poison, Disease, and Blindness
*Charm Animal (to have your pet take the dmg instead of you)

*=can be changed to your liking, not the necessary to have this build be effective...

Pretty simple way to use this ranger running build, start off with Troll Unguent, then Dodge, and then depending on if you have enemies around you will affect what skills you use (Escape, Storm Chaser, and Whirling Defense)

I use this build to run friends from ToA to Sanctum Cay, and other places...

R/W seems an ideal platform for a runner as it offers 3 sprint skills. You can be running constantly. What are the best defensive skills against crippling spells?
