Highest level (1,5k) - Droknars Armor
Highest level better looks (15k) - Marhan's Grotto, Granite Citadel
Pimpin' Armor - Fissure of Woe - Fissure Armor is just as good, but looks a lot better, will cost you over 1000k though

However, I'll suggest you check out all the armor types available instead of just choosing the one that has the highest AL - some of the bonuses that other armors (or a combination of different types) offer might make them more suitable to your style of play.
