Necro Curse Wand (not green)? - Guild Wars Forums

I did a search and didn't find anything, but is there a collector curse wand that gives 20%? I've had no luck getting the green claw item so I am trying to pacify myself and just get collector item for now if one exists......thanks!

Yeah there is- I'm not sure where it is located though. I believe it's somewhere in the S. Shiverpeaks.
