New runes at The Wilds - Guild Wars Forums

On the bonus on The Wilds mission (kill some Centaur Chiefs), right after the bridge, there is a rune there, and I haven't seen it before.
Is this new content or just me?
I have done this mission before and I'm sure I saw a loading new content screen when I loaded the zone for the mission.
Srry for poor quality, awful graphics card on low setting cuz comp has no memory

Serisouly guys if you play though the game listen to the story line in stead of just pressing skip all or most of your questions will be answerd.
