How do I report one to anet?

--- ripped me off for 100k and then called me the N word because my character is black.

if you didnt screen shot it you can do nothing.. if there no witnesses nothing.. need proof.. and what did you buy for 100 k.. and mainly your fault you accepted the trade.. scammers are scammers.. but people are smart to see a scam about to happen.
