Pink and Yellow Arrows on my skills
I've never seen this before, but since I started a R/N, I've noticed I have some skills with a pink down arrow on them and some with a yello up arrow. What's the deal there? It's like, Life Siphon has a pink down arrow, while blood renewal has a yellow up arrow. Was this an update or did I miss a memo?
Honestly, I've never seen those arrows on my N/Me, so.. just odd. |

I belive these corespond to the "condition" arrows that show up next to your name in the party window.
For example: if you cast Life Siphon on someone then a pink down arrow (degen hex) will show up next to their name. Mending, Live Vicariously, etc. from the Wamo Griffon Farm build all have yellow Up Arrows in the skill icon. terrormisu |

Aye, before the update when you cast a hex on someone on the right side of your foe's health bar a pink downward arrow would appear (to signify a hex). The same goes for enchantments (yellow upward arrow). Now, those arrows just appear on the skills themselves.

Hmm... I don't recall seeing them on Troll Ungent (R/N) or anything on my N/Me...but I'll have to look again.
Just odd. Yes, they appear on the skills themselves. I'll post pics when I get home. |

From the Guild Wars main site:

The purple down arrow indicates a hex.. This is what was (and still is) displayed on a hexed enemy's health bar. |

Well.. it makes it a little more obvious...
I guess people were tired of reading what skills did and just complained, so ANet made it quicker to reference. |

It's all there if you'd like to know the other minor changes that came with the weekend preview. One of my favorites is the party travel. |
