is this an area I can teleport to once I've been there?
I'm guessing it's not.

(it's where the villainy of galrath quest is located)

Nope, you gotta make the long haul each and every time.

Personally I have fun with this quest, I always take my tank when I'm helping people out. Last time, the whole group got waxed except for me and I took on a combination of Minotaurs, Trolls, and Trees that numbered at least 20. they couldn't believe I managed to kill them all by myself. It's the mad farming skillz, I tell ya...
