Does anyone know how to get rid of this pop up every time you put your cursor over the skillbar?... I mane the pop up description that is now black and prevents me seeing my hp when fighting

...stupid!

tip

raise the skill bar a little bit and place the bar you want to see just BELOW the skill bar instead of just above (same for target bar as well if you want).

mentioned many times

NO you cant turn them off

such a simple thing is so annoying... I really dont want to arrange my screen around now that Anet have changed the pop ups so you cant see through them

... sheer stupidity

i put my skill bar to the very bottom right, and my hp and energy stacked on top of eachother to the left of my skill bar

never had a problem

I put my skill bar vertically on the right and my health and energy horizontally on the bottom right, with my maintained enchants directly above those 2. Only problem: the party window gets covered by the popup thing, so I move it slightly to the left...problem solved.
