That Fortitude mod is one point off max.
Also those skill cast/recharge chances aren't max, but there's nothing you can do about those. |

Well it isn't perfect, mostly mediocre, bust still nice for the right person.
If it were to be perfect it would read: Insightful Shadow Staff of Fortitude Energy +10 Frie Dmg: 11-12 (Req. 8 Fire Magic) Halves casting time of spells (Chance 10%) Halves Skill recharge of Healing Prayers spells (Chance 20%) Energy +5 Health +30 That is assuming that you changed the mods and maxed the inherent mods. The moddables are always debatable based on the person's particular need, but usually on a staff Most prefer Insightful and Fortitude or Insightful and Enchanting. |

General improved casting time can go as high as 10%
Specific Recharge (healing in this case) can go as high as 20% As Kakumei says; the 29hp mod is the only part that can be improved, and it almost certainly wouldn't be worth it the money for a 30hp upgrade. It's still a very nice staff, a little bit mismatched with the fire requisite, but nice all the same. Good find. |

You need to get rid of this staff, since you can't upgrade the inherent mods to perfect.
