Not much check out the rune traders in Lions Arch and Droknar's. Just looked, it's worth less than 230 gold since the rune trader sells them for 230gp.

I use it and the mask... Perfect for energy mangement, funny watching all those dumb rangers with 16 marks, and not enough Expertise. A few attack skills and their useless.

Yeah I hang around 14/15 in marksmanship myself. I like the low energy cost using high expertise myself. But, everyone plays differently that's why we are all unique.

I have a Ranger that I have only just begun to play, she is level 14 and at Frost Gate. I had an extra superior vigor and a superior expertise that I had farmed and saved for this character some time ago. I really dig the combo, even at low level, I can sink fewer points in expertise and keep them both at a respectable level, around 10 or 11 right now, which of course will increase with time. In a nutshell though, I never have trouble (runes coupled with druids armor) with energy. I actually use druids top and bottoms and the appropriate gloves and boots for the give situation. I have drakescale and ascalon gloves and boots for fire/water protection. Have fun!

I have a mask and superior rune for each attribute, for each of my 4 characters. And I use them all. Yeah, I'm bragging.

If you want to sell any runes or material to other people, just look at what it costs to buy from the traders and what they offer to sell to the traders and shoot for the halfway point - plus or minus how desperate you are to sell. In the case of most minor and major runes (unsure about some superiors), it's better not to salvage and just sell the whole thing to a merchant as they offer more than 10-25 gold for the rune itself.
