1.5k per piece plate (pig design)=droknars forge
15k per piece plate (pheonix design)=granite citadel

no need to call your self newbish or ask a "newbish" question, at some point everyone was new, we were not all born knowing everything about guild wars....so good question.

Put simply, don't worry about even trying to get it. It will come to you. Just play the game, go through the missions and you will reach it. It's intended for those above lvl 20, but a lot of people before that will get run. Which, i highly suggest you don't do if it's your first or second time round.

You should use www.guildwiki.org many question are awnserd there. The site just works like wikipedia, only this site is purely deticated to Guild Wars.
You just type someting like "armor" in the "search" field.
