Here is how farming with henchies works. If you have 1 or more henchmen you get a 40% Penalty off of the top. Then if the item that is supose to drop is in the 60% remaining drop chance it is then put up again for a chance for it to drop to a player/henchmen. So if you have 1 henchmen you have about 30% chance for a item drop.
