No, it definetly says a Long Sword, I got it of that Pitney in Pre-Searing, for finding his prize moa bird, rightly so as well, those bloody crypt fiends scared the hell out of me...

I think ti looks rather nice, I was wondering if it was rare or just some kind of varation.

that is a normal sword graphic, although i am not sure what type of sword off the top of my head.

Just a quest reward, its a long sword with crystaline skin.You get that sort of stuff from quests and collectors.

As you've noticed, Long Swords have a few skins. There's that one that looks like a Crystalline(there's also a crystalline long sword look from a quest in Piken, I believe), there are a few with the Gladius look, but the standard long sword looks like...well I'm not able to log on and grab a picture of it now, but hopefully someone else can
