I was wondering, because I am making a ranger, what is a good seocond profession for it, I already tried to use elemental with it, but I dislike it.

you should second a monk

For pve you might as well take monk for Rez, itll be the only thing you use until you are able to change your secondary neways

use wilderness survival for healing

monk is good if you have a pet or plan on being a runner or soloing missions. Other than that, it's not the best.

But you can change it...and you will not make it being a runner before you ascend anyway.

Just go with monk, and only bring ressurect.

go with monk, not just for the rez. I used mending practically the whole game till I got to the desert. I also use holy veil & vigorous spirit alot with my ranger. In the earlier part of the game I used sheilding hands or retribtion with my ranger too. These came in handy when I was doing a quest with all henchies.
