Can somebody tell me where to find the Air Staff 20/20 Collectors item from. Also can you mod this staff? Thanks.

Step outside of Fort Rankor at the Snake Dance exit. Spin left. Approach. Buy. Easier to get the frosted griffon wings than the shells.
