Just asking, if I decided to change my secondary profession, would I be able able to change it back to the old one, and get my skills back?

If I understand it right, thats what the NPC makes it sounds like, but I just want to make sure.

yeah you can do that. Always remember that you can't do something in GW that will ruin your gameplay experience for the whole character ;D

Such as fixed attributes and fixed professions etc.
