Rebirth in ascalon - Guild Wars Forums

My brother bought the rebirth skill form sir baradin in ascalon city. I have a character that has got the skill but sir baridin doesn't normally give the skill. the skill list for sir baradin doesn't include it either. anyone know if they are switching stuff around, trainer wise? just wondering.

A recent update made it so that you can buy any non-elite skill from any skill trainer if you've unlocked it already on your account (through faction, or if another one of your characters on that account has already learned the skill before).
