15 attribute quest in the desert - Guild Wars Forums

I went to destiny's gorge to get the 15 attribute quest but the person who gives you the quest would not give it to me. it's been like this for a while. anyone know what to do?

The quest that you get from Destiny's Gorge will lead you to an NPC outside the North Exit of Augury Rock. Talk to him, and you will complete that quest you recieved from Destiny's. After, simply talk to the NPC again, and he will giv eyou the Desert quest, leading you to your final destination.

The NPC is a snake if I could remember correctly >_>

You must finish the quest "The Forgotten Ones" from Annelle Fipps in Destiny's Gorge first. It will lead you to Sariss Yassith, the quest giver for "Forgotten Wisdom" (the 15 AP quest).

I'm not sure what triggers it, but there are two legs to the 15 AP quest in the desert. Try talking to the snakeman again--he'll give you a quest to go talk to his brother further south.

I'm not sure, but they may have changed this? My roommate ascended yesterday, but got the 15 AP the day before? I know this is a constant source of confusion...

Also, do a search on this same subject..I posted a link to a walkthrough of how to do it step-by-step

Point of clarification: You do not need to be ascended to get the first part of the Quest series from Annelle Pipps. I fact you do not need to be ascended to get the 15 attribute points from the second quest.
If I had to guess, I'd say you already did the quests. I know I generally do them while I'm running around the desert doing the ascension missions.
