lag spike + error=7 - Guild Wars Forums

All through the day I've been having massive lag spikes and then i get a error=7

I got this stupid error when i was trying to load the game

and also when i try to load my game it'll just stop in the loading screenie thingie :|

Sounds like an error ISP -> ANet servers.
