Anyone know where I can find the Collectors that has

20/20 Deadly Cesta/Truncheon (death magic) ?

20/20 Wand (healing magic) ?

to answer your question, no collectors do not have 20/20 wands, only 20 ones, and there is no such thing as a healing prayers wand.

He didn't have to say it - the only collectors that carry 20/20 one hand weapons are Canthan ones.

Its implied.
