Blues, Purples, and Golds - Guild Wars Forums

From what I understand, the only difference between the colors is the max mods and upgrades the weapons/shields can have on them (if this is incorrect, please let me know). So, my question is, what are the actual maxes for a blue or purple? (example, the max +dmg while enchanted on a purple sword)

From my experiences, 12^50 is the highest purple mod and 10^50 is the highest blue mod. Of course there's the IDS, but that doesn't count.

Greens!! ROCK THE VOTE!!

I like greens because I know their value right away, other golds, I have no clue what they are worth and try to sell them for a lot.
