Buying a GW CD Key - Guild Wars Forums

Hi all,
I saw someone today who was advertising a GW account (CD Key) for (150k)and was wondering if any of you have purchased an account like this?
What would be the problem or the advantages?
I was just going to buy another GW from my local retailer. so I can have more than just the 4 slots.
