Is there collector that has a max dmg one-handed holy rod? If so, where are they and what are stats on it?

the collector in Drocks. its a smitting rod, req ? smiting, halves rechange, halves casting. the collector need 5 stone summit badges.

im using that rod for when i solo with my 55

No problem at all. There are 3 collectors that give the same holy rod on that page - forgive me if the forum breaks the cut/paste below. The Azure remains and massive jawbones are quite a bit cheaper, although with only requiring 2 Bleached Shells now you are looking at less than 2k from Lord Dorn's.
