Guild Help Plz - Guild Wars Forums

Can I get some help on this?

I started a guild about two days ago. I have recruited at least fifteen people, but amazingly I am down to just four (all recruits were aware of this being a NEW guild). I don???t see what I am doing wrong. I am a friendly player and I give my guild opportunities and decisions in the guild. I gave the guild a choice to vote on a Guild Hall for just one week, but people were complaining/leaving on not having a guild hall so I had to cut that short and buy one. I am rewarding my members 1k gold for each person they recruit. We have an organized website and forum. We also have TS. Can I get some tips to make this work out?

Starting a guild is hard work! We got 70 people now but I rember when i was the only one =) The Key to starting one is making friends. also target new players, they seek knowledge and simple help. Experienced people tend to want guilds that well established. Good officers is key, but be careful because they can kick out all the members in your guild.
