Plauge sending
a question about how that little necromancer curse spell work,it transfers one negative condition to target foe and all adjacent foes. right, all clear there, now what's a condition then, cause it isn't sending anything i have on me. Hexes doesn't count to conditions, right?

conditions are things like bleeding, deep wound, poison, dazed and burning.. and no hexes are not conditions so they wont be affected by plague sending

Right, hexes are hexes. It's a fairly common mistake for new players to confuse.
Conditions are Bleeding, Blindness, Burning, Crippled, Dazed, Deep Wound, Diseased, Poisoned, and Weakness. Nothing more, and nothing less, at this time. |

In a roundabout way (and with potentially weaker results) Inspired Hex does.

You can remove hexes from yourself or others by using inspired hex, remove hex, Shatter Hex etc.
