Sigils and New halls - Guild Wars Forums

I asked nc soft this question but they said they couldnt tell me the answer and to ask on some forums (-_-) so thats what im doing:

Will the current celestial Sigils be used to buy the new guild halls? I would of thought so considering that the normal halls are in cantha anyway.
