Come on. Stabber was obviously joking if he included Mending and Holy Wrath in that list. Actually pretty much everything in his list needs some serious help.

Well because her original quote wasn't "it will be on the 15th" it was more like "Sometime after the 15th, when the play off's are finished"

Some people took this as the being on the 15th for some reason, either that or the chinese whisper effect made everyone think it was on the 15th.

Heheh I'm glad I'm not the only one who knew that he was joking.

I have to agree with the others that e-surge probably will be on the recieving end of a nerf, though...better find a new elite for my domination mesmer. ^_^
