Well, im needing a good fire wand and i cant really afford rago's...

so ive been thinking that is there place 2 get 20/20 firewand or something and what do i need for it?

Well, I don't think that there is a one handed 20/20 firewand, but a staff with 20/20 mods on it. Here's a link to the collector location and what he needs/has.
