I have been looking through the guildwars website but NCsoft and other retaliers only sell the whole game with shipping but I remembered I heard that you can just buy the code alone, is that true? Is there a retailer that supports paypal?

u can buy a cdkey online after makin an acount at plaync.com but no it does not take paypal

Go to guildwars.com and they will lead you to plaync, where you create an account to purchase a key. You will need a credit card.
