I change back and forth all the time and still have my skills so im pretty sure that you still have your skills. That would suck if not cuz some skills are from quests that you get once, so doing it again woulnt really work...As far as i know you keep your skills you just can only use the skills of the second profession that you are using at the time...meaning you if your r/mo at the moment you can use r/mo skills but you cant use me skills until you switch back. but once you switch back all ur skills will still be there.
