a perfect weapon would consist of having a perfect dmg mod (15>50%, 15% in stance, etc) and a low req (7,8,9)
EDIT -- weapon also has to be max dmg Last edited by Valerius; Apr 25, 2006 at 05:37 PM // 17:37.. |

These guys did good but didnt quite answer the question. I ahve played for a while and still do not know what half of the things mean but most perfecs have many mods such as
perfect damage ( Axe: 6-28, sword 15-22, Bow is 11-22) I think these are correct Enchacnements such as the 15^50% which is 15% damage inscrease when lets say FE: health is above 50% and ones that may include attribute bonuses. Hope that helped |

A weapon's "quality" is determined by: (talking about melee weapons and bows, to which the term perfect is applied often).
1) Max damage. 2) Inherent mod: Such as Damage +15% while health is over 50%. This is probably the most desirable of its kind. 3) Mods: Such as fiery bowstrings, fortitude pommels etc. Two perfect desirable mods required. 4) Requirement: The lower this is the "better". So a perfect Axe would be something like this: Vampiric Axe of Fortitude Damage 6-28 (req. 7 Axe Mastery) Damage +15% while health is over 50% Life Stealing +3 Health regeneration -1 HP +30 |

Oh so my green bow called stinger is perfect as well as my gold poisonous flatbow of enchanting... it is max damage with a 10 marksman? My stinger is max damage with a 33% longer poison and higher health...

Note that Weapons obtained from Collector's in the Desert or SSP will be clean perfect without having Modifications. You can then add Mods you like.

It doesn't have Mods on it.
Take a Clean Sword from a Collector or a Weaponsmith and add Mods like Vampiric Hilt 3/-1 Pommel of Fortitude: 30hp Now you have the same as a Green Sword like Victo's Blade.. Damage +15% (while Health is above 50%) Life stealing: 3 Health Regeneration -1 Health +30 With the exception of the rare skin, a perfect stat-wise replica of this weapon can be made using a Long Sword from Sarad, a maximum Vampiric sword hilt and a maximum sword pommel of Fortitude. These upgrades, however, cost a lot more than Victo's Blade itself. Retrieved from "http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/Victo%27s_Blade" |

But I saw someone asking for a clean HoD sword. Isn't energy+5 a mod? Or are mods you can apply yourself the only ones that are considered?

an HoD sword has a +5 energy mod... if it doesn't have an upgrade on it (20% enchant, +30HP, +5 Armor, etc) then it is clean
