Anyone know exactly where he is in North Kryta Province? I have the quest and there is no arrow pointing me in the right direction. It could take all night to search all this area.

He was right outside the exit where he normally is for me, you do have the preorder pack, don't you?

EDIT: Also, are you sure you haven't visited him already?

I just found out you cant have the titan quest in your list.
